Auf Wiedersehen MOUNTAINS brooches will be available for the first time at my instore in Felix over the June long weekend! In the meantime if you’re interested in buying one ($25) head over to the Auf Wiedersehen facebook page, or keep an eye out for them on my etsy!

Auf Wiedersehen brooches are here!
There are two designs - triangle (Bjorn) or crescent moon (Ursa) and for s very small number of items, the design will have gold accents. Cut from wood using vector images and a LASER (!!) each brooch is only $30!
So please, enquire within or on the facebook page; or help me by reblogging this so I can spread the Auf Wiedersehen word.
Thanks a bunch, lovelies!
So excited! Auf Wiedersehen bear brooches now available!
Designed by me and lasercut from wood, there are two bear faces ready to be lovingly pinned to your chest. Each brooch costs $30.
This photo shows the first design, Björn (which translates to bear in Swedish and Icelandic), while my second design has crescent moons under the eyes in place of the triangles (named Ursa, Latin for bear and also referring to the constellations Minor and Major).
For very few of the brooches the triangles and the moons will be painted in gold leaf.
My next range will focus on female and male characters - meant to be bought in pairs of your choosing they’ll be make up my Lovers range.
In short I worked really hard to get this started, and now Auf Wiedersehen has begun to take shape to become more than just an illustration pseudonym - and I’m really proud. As you know, you can click-through the image if you are interested in buying one, to contact me through my Auf Wiedersehen facebook page, or email me on brightyoungthings@live.com.au for more details.
I Am Not The Dark limited prints (signed & numbered) now available!
You can contact me directly through the Auf Wiedersehen facebook page for one before they get sent to Felix or Lenko stores. Printed on quality 200gsm paper, I’m offering free postage for a short time only so please, please show some lovin’.

because I know you guys like (bad quality) progress shots. I can’t finish her until I buy a new paintbrush - pretty sure I left my only one in Switzerland - but she’s almost done.
Also, if you do like what I do, I’d love for you to show it on the Auf Wiedersehen facebook page - I have a measly amount of followers compared to other (albeit, incredible) local talents so any love is appreciated!

Steadily been working away at this for a couple of hours; I think I’m going to dream about claws tonight

New Auf Wiedersehen piece coming along nicely whie Ricky is busy crapping his pants while playing Dead Space 2 in the dark.

I started a new drawing tonight. I love it when it just flows freely, and the image just creates itself.
She’s going to have a big rose chest piece, with the words In Us We Trust - my own personal motto, persay.
I’ve been watching Boardwalk Empire because my cold is getting worse, and it’s a Sunday night so everything in Vienna is closed (except the hostel bar, haha).
I forgot to post this - it was such a lovely little write-up on the Australian/New Zealand blog Studio Home; they deal all those arty & farty and everything in between… pretty humbling to be in there amongst people I admire in the industry such as Beci Orpin and Kareena Zerefos. They found me via my Yen Young Art Award entry, but I just rediscovered the blog post and I still get butterflies reading it!
Thanks guys!
Spirit Hoods just contacted me - they want to both commission me for personal use (the owner) and possibly market my drawings for some of their range!
Oh my god guys!
For those of you in Melbourne; Lenko in Cathedral Arcade is hosting a mini-exhibition for Melbourne Music Week, showcasing local artists and their piece relating to and directly inspired by a song of their choice.
I’m one of the artists, and Dana Lenko was kind enough to let me be a part of this project, but I suggest you check it out and support local art!

Sorry about the quality photo, but my newest lady is finished and waiting to be sent to her new home!
